Chapel Down - Orange Bacchus is a single estate Bacchus sourced from grapes grown in Hawkhurst, Kent and then aged in oak barrels. Orange wine is made in contact with the grape skins in order to extract flavour and texture in a similar way to how red wine is made.
This intense yet herbal wine has notes of dried fig, spice and lapsang souchong tea.
